All service orders, subscriptions, retainers, and project engagements cannot be canceled once confirmed or initiated.
By making a payment, you acknowledge that:
- Work may begin immediately
- Resources and operational costs are allocated upfront
- Cancellation requests will not be accepted
4.3 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without prior communication will be considered a violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate services immediately
- Recover costs, damages, and legal expenses
- Submit service records, communications, and agreements as evidence
5. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, code, graphics, strategies, and materials created by Socially Saucd remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing after full payment.

6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, timely approvals, and required access. Delays caused by the client may impact timelines and deliverables without liability to us.
